On 14 March 2018, the Government of Indonesia had approved the Change of Control of POKBV, which holds an 18.75% interest in the Kakap PSC, offshore Indonesia, from Premier Oil Overseas B.V. to Batavia Oil Overseas B.V.. Subsequently, the Sales Purchase Agreement dated 19 December 2018 was completed on 10 April 2018. POKBV will proceed to change its name to Batavia Oil Kakap B.V..
